Domino Server 6.0.2 CF2 Linux - RedHat

I have two ports set up: PRODCLUSTER, and TCPIP.
TCPIP is the regular NNN port and is set as such in the server document. PRODCLUSTER is for, you guessed it, a cluster. I've made all the explicit statements mentioned in the Domino Clustering pdf: Port_TcpIPAddress=, Server_Cluster_Default_Port=, I have the PRODCLUSTER listed first in the PORTS= line. Now here's the issue: As soon as I turn both ports on, the second port generates an error message: "Error on Listen function: The requested TCP/IP port is in use on this system." Now, it doesn't seem to matter what I put int eh TCPIP_TcpIPAddress= line for a port, this happens no matter what. Strangely, when I leave PRODCLUSTER as the only port listed in the PORTS= line, both ports seem to work and the cluster communicates fine. However, I'm concerned about what will happen when I upgrade domino on this box in the future. Comments welcome
